BQI Karrierebrücke

Your partner for job placements in Germany is Johann Jancik’s BQI.

For 10 years, all activities related to job placement and qualification have been bundled here. This begins with recruiting in the home countries or in Germany. Once an employer has been found, we determine what further training is necessary and organize it. The language courses—whether basic courses or specialized language courses—are managed by GaLaLea.
Support is guaranteed until arrival and integration at the workplace.

We rely on trust, honesty, and
respect. People entrust us with their professional
future, which should always motivate us to
treat our applicants and participants conscientiously and professionally
!

We all share the same dream. Together,
we create solutions that inspire!

Our partner in India is Parveen Sandhan and his company.

At the headquarters near Delhi, a center for recruiting and language courses is being established for South Asia and the culturally related regions of Southeast Asia.

Every year, more than 70,000 students come from India alone to do their master’s degree in Germany. Not to mention the many IT specialists who can work in Germany even without German language skills. They often come with their families, and when they want to apply for a permanent residence permit, they must have German language skills at the B1 level. The children usually learn German quickly in kindergarten and school, but the mothers face a major challenge.

The potential market for German language teaching in India is therefore huge, ranging from schoolchildren and students to skilled workers in various sectors. Parveen Sandhan is ready to cater to their needs.

Our partner in China is Bilaterale Bildung Consulting GmbH (BiBC), based in Augsburg, Bavaria. It consists of an internationally oriented, interculturally experienced team that is passionately dedicated to educational work.
BiBC has set itself the task of building bridges between East and West – through cultural exchange, educational cooperation, and the placement of skilled workers and young professionals.
The company has an extensive network in numerous Asian countries, including government institutions, companies, universities, technical colleges, and vocational and educational institutions.
BiBC supports both German educational institutions and local German companies investing in Asia in attracting qualified talent and opening up new business and cooperation opportunities.
